I can't clear an outstanding payment
If a charge from Lobon is declined by your payment method, you may be temporarily unable to request rides.
Your app will ask you to charge the outstanding balance to a payment method of your choice. If this payment method is declined, please add a new payment profile and try again. You may need to reach out to your bank to ensure your payment method is valid.
You can also pay an outstanding balance on lobon.ca/rider. Here's how:
1. Select "Wallet" or "Payment" from the menu.
2. Update your payment method(s).
3. Choose "My Trips" from the menu to review and pay your balance.
If you've already attempted these steps and are still facing issues clearing the outstanding balance, we're happy to help.
Please confirm the payment method(s) you'd like us to charge, along with a few additional details. Check to make sure the payment methods you share are already linked to your Lobon account.
