How do I submit a claim?
In the event you might have a claim, please submit a claim via one of the following channels::
1. You can fill in this form to submit a claim: https://online.leadwayassurance.com/LOBON Claims (information you provide may be shared with LEADWAY ASSURANCE)
2. To LOBON through the LOBON app; (information you provide may be shared with LEADWAY ASSURANCE)

Covers while on-Trip include:
- Accidental Death or Disability
- Emergency Medical Treatment (up to a capped sum) following an accident

Share your trips with family and friends
In cities that have the Follow My Ride feature, you can share your location, trip status, and related information with friends and family. You can control who gets this information and when you share it.
TURN SHARING ON
1. From the app, go to "Settings"
2. Select "Follow My Ride"
3. Move the toggle to ON
CHOOSE CONTACTS TO SHARE WITH
1. From the app, go to "Settings" > "Follow My Ride(SOS)"
2. Tap "SELECT CONTACTS"
3. Search for the names of the people you'd like to share your trips with
TURN ON FOLLOW MY RIDE DURING A TRIP
1. In the top left of the navigation screen, tap the pin icon
2. If you see a blue check, your location is shared
To turn this off, tap the icon again and choose "STOP SHARING."
