Error in Uploading Documents
Drivers must upload all documents during the signup process, and you can also update them through the Driver Portal.
Follow these simple steps to get it done
- Tap the menu gear on the top left corner of the driver app
- Select the Settings tab in the driver app
- Select Manage Documents
- Upload your personal and vehicle documents.
Here are some tips for uploading your documents:
- Make sure the image is very sharp and every text is readable, and not more than 1MB
- Make sure the image is seeing after uploading.
- Your documents must be valid documents only
- Please show the entire sides document; make sure all 4 corners are visible
- You can as well add another vehicle, submit all supporting documents.
Note: Not providing latest or valid documents may lead to a temporary account disabling.
