How do I reset my password?

If password login is enabled for your Lobon account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Lobon Rider App.

  2. Select Log In.

  3. Choose Forgot Password?, if available.

  4. Follow the instructions to verify your identity.

  5. Create a new password and confirm it, if requested.

  6. Log in using your updated credentials.

Choose a strong password that you do not use for other accounts.

If your account uses phone-number verification or another passwordless login method, follow the available account recovery instructions instead.

If you cannot reset your password, contact Lobon Support.
