How do I change my name or email address?

To update your personal information:

  1. Open the Lobon Rider App.

  2. Go to your profile or account settings.

  3. Select the name or email field you want to update, if editing is available.

  4. Enter the correct information.

  5. Save your changes and complete any verification requested.

Some changes may require additional verification or assistance from Lobon Support.
