How do I verify my phone number?

Phone verification helps Lobon confirm that you can access the mobile number linked to your account.

To verify your phone number:

  1. Enter your mobile phone number in the Lobon Rider App.

  2. Request a verification code.

  3. Check your SMS messages for the code.

  4. Enter the code in the app.

  5. Follow any remaining instructions to complete verification.

Make sure your phone number is correct and that your device can receive SMS messages.
