What should I do if I feel unsafe during a ride?

Your safety comes first.

  1. If it is safe to do so, ask the driver to stop at a safe, public location.

  2. Move away from any immediate danger when possible.

  3. Contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.

  4. Report the incident to Lobon Support as soon as it is safe.

If the Lobon Rider App provides an emergency or safety feature, use it according to the instructions displayed in the app.
