How do I verify my driver's vehicle?

Before entering the vehicle, compare the vehicle details displayed in your Lobon Rider App with the vehicle that arrives.

Check the registration number, vehicle make or model, and driver's identity where those details are available.

If the information does not match, do not enter the vehicle. Contact Lobon Support for assistance
