How do I rate my driver?

After completing a ride, open the Lobon Rider App and look for the rating option associated with your trip.

  1. Open your completed ride details, if available.

  2. Select the rating option.

  3. Choose the rating that reflects your experience.

  4. Submit your rating.

Please provide an honest rating based on your actual experience.
