I paid cash for a trip requested with a digital payment method
Lobon is cashless in most cities. When a trip ends, your fare is automatically charged to the payment method selected in your Lobon Rider's account.
Unless operating in a city where paying fares in cash is an option, drivers should not ask riders for cash payment of trip fares or tolls.
If your driver requested cash for any reason, please let us know here within 30 days of the trip ending.
