4. Your Use of the Services
To use the Services, you must create and maintain an account ("Account"). You are responsible for keeping your Account details up to date.

- Promo Codes have no cash value and may expire.

By submitting content to Lobon, you grant a worldwide, royalty-free license for its use, distribution, and modification.

You may submit user content such as reviews, feedback, or other material. By submitting content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share it.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant Lobon the rights to use, distribute, and modify it as specified above.
7. Network Access and Devices
You are responsible for the hardware, software, and network access required to use the Services. Data charges from your mobile carrier may apply.
8. Payment
Charges for services provided by third-party providers are processed by Lobon on behalf of the provider. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Charges for services will be processed through the payment method linked to your Account. You are responsible for all applicable charges incurred under your Account.
9. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

You may not assign these Terms to any third party without written consent from Lobon.
9.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the rest of the Terms will remain enforceable.
9.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lobon regarding the use of the Services.
