How to reset your password or update profile info
To keep your account secure and up-to-date, it’s important to manage your profile and login credentials regularly. Here’s how you can reset your password or update your account information:
Resetting Your Password
1. Go to the Lobon login page and click on "Forgot Password?"
2. Enter your registered email address or phone number
3. You’ll receive a link via email or SMS to create a new password
4. Follow the link and enter your new password twice to confirm
Updating Profile Info
1. Log into your Lobon account
2. Navigate to your profile from the menu
3. Edit fields such as your name, phone number, email address, or preferred language
4. Save changes once complete
If you experience any issues or didn’t receive the password reset email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
