Driver Referrals:
Every activated Lobon driver has a unique invite code to share with friends interested in driving on the Lobon app. This invite code is required during the sign-up process and unlocks a challenge that rewards the referred driver with up to $10 per ride after completing their first 30 rides in a given period.

Additionally, the referring driver also receives a percentage of the amount given to the referred driver upon completing the challenge, making this a mutually beneficial program for all drivers involved.
Rider Referrals:
Interested individuals can create a Lobon rider account using a referral code provided by their friends, granting them access to free rides or incentives. To unlock these rewards, the referred rider must complete a certain number of rides displayed in their app.
This creates a win-win scenario for both the referrer and the referee.
How to Find and Share Your Invite Code:
- For drivers, tap "Referral" on the Driver App or "Free Ride" on the Rider App. You'll see your invite code on the screen, along with a list of who you've referred, their invite status, and the reward you'll receive when they complete their first ride or the required number of trips.
- To share your code via social media, select "Share My Code" from the main menu. Choose from WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, or other options based on the apps installed on your phone.
- If you're using the Rider app, select "Free Rides" from the app menu to review your invite code and invite friends.
You'll be notified via email or in-app notification when a referral is successful. Rewards can be tracked in the app, allowing you to monitor your referral progress and earnings.

Ensuring Successful Rider Referrals and Rewards:
If you haven't received payment for a rider referral, it could be due to a few reasons: the referred rider may not have entered your invite code during sign-up, hasn't taken their first ride, or has taken a ride before receiving your invite code.
In the case where a rider has taken a ride before receiving your code, neither of you will be eligible for rewards.
To maximize the benefits of the referral program, ensure you're referring new users who haven't taken a Lobon ride before.
You're welcome to remind and encourage your invitees to complete the necessary steps to enjoy the rewards!
Please note that your driver account doesn't display the total number of successful referrals. Currently, Lobon's unique invite codes cannot be customized, but this feature is planned for future development milestones. While some invitees may receive a reward for signing up with your invite code, they might not be able to see the potential reward amount.
