why do i have double fare or being over charged
Your Lobon account may have duplicate fee charges displayed on your Account, showing two different charges,In case such thing as this Happens, we will like you to confirm if you have not requested double ride or made mistakes in your order.
Lobon sometimes places Authorization hold on your payment for the trip fare at the very beginning of the trip, this fare will appear as "pending" on your account. Once this is voided on your account at our end, it will still remain on your account for a while according to your bank policies.
You can contact Lobon for the update or the review of the charges on your account if such is not attended to quickly either by sending a mail or contacting us directly through our open channel and such will be attended to.
