Review a Cancellation Fee
You may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel a trip after you’ve been matched with a Lobon driver. These fees compensate drivers for the time and effort they spend traveling to your pickup location.
Drivers can also cancel a trip if they’ve waited a certain amount of time at the pickup spot. In that case, a cancellation fee may apply to reimburse your driver for their time.
How to check if you were charged a cancellation fee:

Tap the menu icon, then select "Your Trips."

Under "Past" trips, find and tap the cancelled trip.

Tap "Receipt."

If a cancellation fee was charged, it will appear on the receipt.

If no cancellation fee was charged, the trip fare will show as ₦0 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
