If you believe you were overcharged for a cash trip with Lobon Technologies, please contact us within 3 days of your trip’s completion. We will review the situation and make any necessary adjustments.
Possible Reasons for an Overcharge:

Outstanding Balance: If there was an unpaid balance from a previous trip, it may be added to your current fare.

Promotion Exclusions: Some promotions may not apply to cash trips. If you applied a promo code before the trip, it should have been properly applied.

Technical Issues: Although rare, technical errors may cause an incorrect fare calculation.

Cancellation Fees: If you’ve previously been charged a cancellation fee, it could be added to your current fare.

If your fare was higher due to the route taken, please select “My driver took a poor route” in the form.
