How to report a fare issue after a ride

If you experienced an issue with the fare of a recent ride, you can report it to us easily through the Lobon app or website. We want to make sure you're always charged correctly and fairly.

To report a fare issue in the app:

  1. Open the Lobon app and go to "Your Trips".
  2. Select the trip in question.
  3. Tap on "Help" and then choose "Issue with fare".
  4. Describe your concern and submit the form.
